Cayin BTC-2

The headline of BTC-2 might be its Bluetooth 5.1 LDAC, aptX™ HD and aptX™ Low Latency wireless inputs and outputs, but that doesn't quite cover all the functions that Cayin Audio's new desktop hub offers.

In its most basic function, Cayin's newest Bluetooth gizmo receives your stream in either LDAC or some of Qualcomm's new aptX codecs, before decoding that via a separate ESS Technology DAC and outputting in balanced 4.4mm to your headphones.

But, change BTC-2 to accept analog line-inputs from your turntable, or S/PDIF in. Then proceed to switch modes and enjoy as Cayin's DAC within spits out converted analog to your traditional gear!

It's a fantastic way to enjoy the sound of vinyl with your personal audio, for example. And while you may not use all the features now, never say never when BTC-2's has got you covered in the future.
